Attractive antique prints of lesser superb birds of paradise by John Gould from a 1948 edition of his book "Birds of New Guinea and the adjacent Papuan Islands." This print shows the male and female of the species. Gould's drawings were much admired for their detail and beauty and collectors compare his work to famous American ornithologist Audubon.
